Va Tech Academic Calendar 2023-24 – Veterans day holiday (no classes) friday, november 11. Students must check out of their rooms within 24 hours after their last exam, but no later than noon, thursday, may 12, if they are not directly involved with the commencement ceremony. Submit completed resignation form to the university registrar's office by 5:00 p.m. Last day for students to resign without grade penalty.
